The Pour Partner Portal (“the Portal”) is operated by Anchor Studios LLC (“Anchor Studios,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect from winery owners and managers who use the Portal to claim and manage their winery listing on Pour, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Your account email address, used for sign-in and account notifications.
  • Your winery's business phone number, looked up from your public Google Business Profile — you don't type it in yourself. It is used solely to send a one-time SMS verification code confirming you have access to that business phone, as proof of ownership.
  • Winery listing details you submit — hours, menu items, photos, descriptions, and amenities.
  • Billing information for your subscription, processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card number; Stripe provides us a customer and subscription reference only.

SMS and Mobile Information

Pour sends one user-requested SMS verification message per verification request to the winery's publicly listed business phone number. These messages are used only to verify that an authorized winery representative has access to that business phone. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided to service providers, including Twilio, only as necessary to operate the service and deliver user-requested verification messages.

Who we share information with

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.
  • Twilio — delivers the SMS verification code to your business phone.
  • Stripe — processes subscription payments.
  • Google Places API — looks up your winery's public business phone number and location.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about your account, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your winery account, by contacting us below.
