These Terms govern your use of the Pour Partner Portal (“the Portal”), operated by Anchor Studios LLC (“Anchor Studios,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or claiming a winery listing, you agree to these Terms.
You may only claim a winery listing that you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to represent. Verification is performed by sending a one-time SMS code to the phone number listed on that business's public Google Business Profile. Falsely claiming a listing you are not authorized to represent is grounds for immediate account termination.
Pour, operated by Anchor Studios LLC, sends user-requested one-time SMS verification codes for winery ownership and account verification.
Before requesting a verification message, the user must confirm that they are authorized to represent the winery, have access to the business phone number shown, and affirmatively select the SMS consent checkbox.
One message is sent per verification request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Pour does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages through this verification program.
Portal access is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe, at the rate displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
The first 100 winery accounts whose subscription payment is successfully processed are designated Founding Winery Partners — a permanent status that is never revoked once earned. Founding Winery Partners lock in the founding rate ($39/month or $390/year) for as long as that same subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If a Founding Partner subscription is canceled, the founding rate is not retained; rejoining afterward means subscribing at whatever rate is then in effect for new partners, which may be higher. Founding Winery Partner status is a historical designation only and does not entitle you to the founding rate on any subscription other than the one through which it was originally earned.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing information, photos, and menu content you submit. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a license to display it within Pour and the Portal for the purpose of operating your listing.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Portal for violation of these Terms, including fraudulent listing claims or abuse of the verification system.
The Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Anchor Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.
